Sportalon provides AI-powered virtual football prediction software and related tools. The Service is designed to help users analyse virtual football markets (including Over/Under and related markets on supported platforms such as SportyBet VFL) with statistical models and confidence indicators.
Sportalon is an information and software service only. We do not operate a betting exchange, accept wagers, or hold customer betting funds. Any betting activity you undertake on third-party platforms is solely between you and those platforms.
By using the Service, you enter into a contract with Sportalon on the terms set out below.
3.1 These Terms constitute a binding contract between you and Sportalon and govern your use of the Service. By registering, logging in, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service and should discontinue use immediately.
3.3 These Terms supersede any prior oral or written agreement between you and Sportalon regarding the Service, except where we have entered into a separate written agreement with you.
3.4 If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and any document incorporated by reference, these Terms prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.5 We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, regulatory, or business changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3.6 If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Service.
By using any free tier, free trial, or complimentary prediction access, you acknowledge and agree that:
4.1 Free access may be limited in features, markets, duration, or availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.
4.2 Sportalon is not liable for losses, damages, or negative outcomes resulting from use of free predictions or inability to access free features.
4.3 You must not resell, sublicense, scrape, or redistribute free prediction access or content without our written permission.
4.4 We may suspend or terminate free access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in conduct harmful to Sportalon or other users.
6.1 You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your Account.
6.2 You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your Account.
6.3 You agree not to: reverse engineer or copy our software; use bots or automated means to access the Service except as we expressly permit; circumvent access controls; interfere with the Service; or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
6.4 Intellectual property in the Service, including models, software, branding, and content, remains the property of Sportalon or its licensors. No licence is granted except as necessary to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
7.1 Sportalon does not guarantee profits, winning bets, or any particular outcome. Past performance of models or predictions does not guarantee future results.
7.2 All betting and gambling decisions are made at your own risk. You are solely responsible for compliance with laws and platform rules in your jurisdiction.
7.3 Predictions may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect due to data limitations, model error, or third-party platform changes. We are not responsible for errors in third-party odds, results, or settlement.
7.4 The Service is intended for adults. If gambling is illegal where you are located, you must not use the Service for that purpose.
7.5 Please gamble responsibly. If you need help with problem gambling, seek support from qualified organizations in your country.
8.1 Due to the nature of digital prediction services, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, including where you are dissatisfied with prediction accuracy, no longer wish to use the Service, or failed to use features during the subscription period.
8.2 We do not provide refunds for duplicate payments, overpayments, or underpayments unless we determine, at our sole discretion, that a billing error occurred.
8.3 Chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith may result in immediate account termination.
8.4 Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where applicable law requires a refund or cooling-off period.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sportalon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or betting stakes, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9.2 Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Sportalon in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
9.3 The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.1 We may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or for operational or legal reasons.
10.2 Upon termination for breach, you are not entitled to a refund of unused subscription time unless required by law.
10.3 You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account deletion, contact us at [email protected].
10.4 Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
11.1 Official support channels are those listed on our website or in your account area (including email and contact form).
11.2 We are not responsible for agreements or transactions made through unofficial channels or impersonators.
11.3 We expect respectful communication. Abusive, threatening, or harassing messages may result in restricted access to support or termination of your Account.
11.4 We may record or retain support communications for quality, training, and dispute resolution where permitted by law.

12.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
12.3 Subject to mandatory local law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, unless we agree in writing to an alternative forum.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where appropriate, we will provide additional notice by email or in-product message. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
