These terms govern your use of Sportalon, our sports arbitrage software. Please read them before you create an account or subscribe. If you use the service, you agree to what follows, together with our Privacy Policy.
What Sportalon is
Sportalon helps you find sure bets, value bets, middles, and favourable odds across supported bookmakers. We provide software and market data. We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept wagers, and we do not hold betting funds. Anything you place with a bookmaker is between you and that bookmaker.
Using the service
- You must be at least 18, or the legal gambling age in your country if that is higher.
- Keep your login details private. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- Do not share your subscription with other people. One account, one user.
- Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute our data or alerts. Use the information only for your own betting with legitimate bookmakers.
- Do not use our data to build or train a competing product.
- Do not reverse engineer, abuse, or interfere with the service.
What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee profit. Every bet carries risk, including arbs that move or get voided.
- Odds, sure bets, and value bets can be wrong, late, or gone by the time you act. Always verify before you bet.
- Bookmakers change rules, limit accounts, and settle bets differently. That is outside our control.
- Coverage of sports, markets, and bookmakers can shrink or change without warning.
- Nothing on Sportalon is betting advice. You make your own decisions.
Subscriptions and payments
- Paid plans unlock features for the period shown at checkout. Details and pricing are on our pricing page.
- Once access is granted, fees are generally not refundable unless the law in your country says otherwise.
- We may change prices or plans. New prices apply to future purchases and renewals after we post notice on the site.
- If paid features are down for more than 72 hours because of a fault on our side, contact support. We may extend your subscription at our discretion. We are not obliged to.
Downtime and data
The service may go offline for maintenance or reasons we cannot control. We may collect anonymized usage data to understand how people use Sportalon and make it better. That data is not sold.
If things go wrong
- We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, abuse the service, or if we must for legal or operational reasons.
- We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or stakes you lose when using information from Sportalon, to the fullest extent the law allows.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
- The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be error free or uninterrupted.
Your responsibility
You must follow the laws and bookmaker rules that apply where you live. If sports betting is illegal in your jurisdiction, do not use Sportalon for that purpose. Gamble responsibly. If you need help with problem gambling, contact a support organization in your country.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page. If you keep using Sportalon after an update, that counts as acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, except where mandatory consumer laws in your country say otherwise.
